In addition to providing professional air duct and furnace cleaning to residential, commercial and industrial buildings we do air conditioners, fireplaces, dryer vents, central vacuum systems and hot water heaters. Your health, safety and financial well being are affected by the performance of the HVAC system.

FOGGING
Fogging of the ductwork rids the system of microbial contaminants such as fungi (molds, mildew and yeast) bacteria (Legionella), dustmites, formaldehyde, particulates and VOC's by getting to the source of these problems and removing the source.
Key Benefits
Provides source removal of contaminates within the HVAC(Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system.
Cleaner living environment and reduced health risk to people with respiratory problems and allergies.
Improved performance of the HVAC system.
Creosote

Creosote is a tarry, sticky, black substance that collects on chimney and smoke chamber walls. This phenomenon is caused from the burning of poorly seasoned wood and quick cooling flue gases condensing to the walls of the chimney.

Key Benefits
Creosote is flammable and excessive buildup is a fire hazard.
Reduces the risk of carbon monoxide not properly escaping your heating system.
Besides to having clean ductwork, a clean and well maintained furnace and air conditioner to circulate clean air is essential. It improves efficiency which reduces the cost of running the system and reduces pollution.
Key Benefits
Improperly functioning furnaces can vent carbon monoxide into your home. Even if concentrations aren't enough to kill you, they can make you sick. Symptoms can be much like the flu so many people may not even be aware of it. A clean and well maintained furnace can prevent this from happening.
Dust and other debris which are drawn into your furnace from dirty ducts prevent the smooth flow of air. This can cut the efficiency of the system by up to fifty percent, forcing it to work work twice as hard to produce the same amount of heat. The same holds true for air conditioners. Clean HVAC systems reduce the amount of energy being used which reduces the amount of your energy bill.
The less fuel that is burnt by heating and air conditioning systems is good news for the environment.
